Silver Solder Bare Brazing Rods are a general purpose, cadmium free brazing rod, mainly used for brazing copper and mild steel. – Available in 20% and 30% Silver(Ag) composites – 1.5mm x 500mm – 20% Ag exhibits moderate ductility and a slightly higher melting temperature – Chemical Composition: 20% Ag, 40% Cu and 34% Zn – Tensile Strength: 470 MPa – Melting Range: 690°C-770°C – 30% Ag has a good flow and good fillet forming quality – Chemical Composition: 30% Ag, 38% Cu and 32% Zn – Tensile Strength: 505 MPa – Melting Range: 670°C-730°C
